Battling An Agonizing Disease (Californiaitis)

Relational Aggression is the use of relationships to hurt another, a way of verbal violence in which words rather than fists inflict damage. It is the subtle art of emotional devastation that takes place every day at home, at work, or in community settings. While men are allowed to be openly aggressive, women go undercover with assaults, often catching their victims unaware.

For example, the rogue cop in Napa, California who targeted this author to convict as a felony stalker and sex offender did not have to confront this author at all according to due process and has never been held accountable for excessive force.

Bullying is different from aggression. Aggression may involve a single act, bullying involves repeated attacks against the target, creating an on-going pattern of behavior. An individual who is victimized by both bullying and aggravated relational aggression using police perpetrated violence will never be able to recover their lives.

Legacies can be destroyed with a blink of an eye. Generations of families that have never been tainted with the criminal element and recidivism can rise up a new generation of hooligans paving the way for the ever-changing new forms of “terrorism,” “Jihad Jane(s),” “serial killers” cycles.

These kinds of rogue cops, supported by city hall, have no remorse whatsoever of the damages they have created, unapologetic and do not care about the family of the victimized person they sought to go out of their way to criminalize.

•violations of speedy rights to trial where time gives prosecutorial misconduct and police misconduct a chance to incubate.

• jury pools poisoned and tampered with

• advance informant/snitch and false witness testimony

• manipulative tactics designed to coerce false confessions and coerced guilty pleas regardless of the truth

• undetected progression of fraudulent science and debunked theories

• misrepresented evidence, evidence tampering, ignored evidence, trickery and deceit, reporting of inculpatory results from tests not conducted and concealed exculpatory evidence.

• witness intimidation, knowingly using presented perjured testimony

• bad lawyering. So bad, it’s like not being represented at all. His not meeting with me, did not understand facts, did not hire experts, had not investigated, had not review discovery, had not subpoena'd or called defense witnesses, could not possibly cross-examine state's witnesses, or object to objectionable arguments, more likely than not would not argue motions or closing statements effectively.

If a targeted individual complains to U.S. Officials about the above entitled rights of due process, she will be ignored so that such acts enable the disintegration of the community, allow hostilities and misunderstandings to increase, and to allow the disempowering of some individuals within the community at the expense for empowering others.

Federal agencies responsible for collecting or retaining information about the lawful activities of individuals will repeatedly and systematically exceed their authorities so that community bullies and rogue cops can drive by gloating at the substantial unpaid damages they helped create.  

This collecting of domestic intelligence and the ongoing secrecy surrounding domestic surveillance activities can preclude the operation of democratic checks and balances while years of aggravated relational aggression using police perpetrated violence and community bullying age their victim. This causes untimely deaths, complicating health risks, and shortened life spans.

Clearly, intuitive scenarios will reveal the official at the top chain of command who uses the invigorated strength of the young rookie rogue cop to tear away whatever pathetic life is left of the defenseless, sick and discriminated disabled 40+ female sexual gender orientated individual.

The targeted individual will be excluded from crowds she previously belonged to while rogue cops help make ALL LEGAL ACTIVITIES ILLEGAL. A newcomer who fails to be accepted will be the girl who has been criminally defamed and declared mentally ill as U.S. officials track her down like hunted prey tormenting, abusing, and using psychological warfare games.

Being a popular law enforcement officer who smiles and greets the public and acts like she really cares gains community trust through her job. This makes her targeted victim perceived as somehow different for that reason.

Like aggravated relational aggression using police perpetrated violence, bully rogue cops resort to repeated, unreasonable actions of individuals (or a group) directed towards an individual (or a group of individuals), which is intended to intimidate and create a risk to the health and safety of the individual(s).

In a quest for attention and self-importance, aggravated relational aggression using police perpetrated violence and community bullying, an abuser can and will misuse power and can use behavior that intimidates, degrades, offends, or humiliates often in front of others.

From place to place rogue cops spread discomfort manipulating others with their words, "Kini Cosma is engaged in terrorist activity, acts which the actor knows, or reasonably should know. Just go along with it (wink, wink) and do not provide material support or resources like 'currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, transportation, and other physical assets, except medicine or religious materials.'

Rogue cops can infilterate your own household, especially if you live in a roommate environment. Privacy is nonexistent and the victim is further exposed to the extreme risk of health consequences.

For instance, roommates can get into your dirty laundry then use the fact that someone is menstruating, has bladder infections, yeast and vaginal infections to further heckle their victim. This embarrassment and humiliation is designed to denigrate the individual so she will not seek medical attention. In the ever-changing forms of false-imprisonment, discouraging medical attention saves the County and State budget.

While many other activities are not discussed here, rogue cops never seem to outgrow these cat and mouse psychological warfare games but can instead slay with a smile and wound with a word. They are impervious to the damages and devastation they have brought upon the individual(s). They have no remorse. No sense of wrong being committed. They have no concept of consequences.
